To Promote Social, Political and Economic Empowerment to people of color. 

The National Black Leadership Caucus is a national organization of black leadership across the country regardless of religion or afflication. Our membership consist of (current and past) politicians,  business owners, public figures, activist, community leaders, faith community, leaders, sororities, fraternities and concern citizens.   

We are divided up into five regional division  across the  country, we are based in Ontario, California. We have chapters across the country,
